Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Potato Quest account and the personal data associated with it directly from the app, by signing in on our self-serve deletion page, or by emailing us.
Delete on the web (sign-in)
Visit starchdevelopment.com/potato-quest/delete-account, sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the game, and confirm. Your data is erased immediately. If you can't sign in, the same page has a request form.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Potato Quest.
- Tap Settings (gear icon, top-right of the main menu).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are queued for deletion immediately.
Delete by email
If you no longer have access to your device — or you signed in as a guest and want your data removed:
- Email contact@starchdevelopment.com from the address associated with your sign-in (Apple or Google).
- Include any username you remember.
- We will confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account identifier and sign-in linkage.
- Your username, profile data, and friend connections.
- Your replays, custom skins, and personal scores.
What may be retained
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
- Aggregated leaderboard standings where your individual contribution is no longer identifiable.
- Transaction records required for tax and consumer-law compliance.
Processing time
Most deletions complete within 24 hours. Worst case: 30 days.
