1. Who we are
Starch Development ("we", "us") is a small game studio based in Australia. You can reach us at contact@starchdevelopment.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account identifiers. When you sign in, we receive a unique account ID. If you use Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive only the identifier and (optionally) your email.
- Gameplay data. Scores, replays, unlocked items, and other in-game state needed to make our games work.
- Device information. Operating system, device model, locale, and crash diagnostics.
- Analytics. Aggregated, privacy-friendly product usage metrics.
We do not knowingly collect more than is needed to operate our products.
3. Why we collect it
- To provide and improve the game (e.g. leaderboards, replays).
- To diagnose crashes and bugs.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Third parties
- Supabase — backend, authentication, and database hosting.
- Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In — optional identity providers.
- Crash and analytics tooling — privacy-friendly providers; specifics listed in product-level addenda.
- Advertising — see product-specific addenda.
5. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account exists. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
6. How to delete your data

7. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU, United States, or Australia by our infrastructure providers.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@starchdevelopment.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
