Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using any Starch Development product you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, or use unauthorised automation.
- Choose a username that is harassing, hateful, obscene, or impersonates another person.
- Disrupt the service or attempt to access other users' data.
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.
4. Intellectual property
All game content — code, art, audio, designs, branding — is owned by Starch Development or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it through our apps.
5. In-app purchases
Some products offer optional purchases (e.g. the PotatoQuest Unlimited Pass). Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective store's policy.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $50 — whichever is greater.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
