This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Potato Quest account and the personal data tied to it. You can do it yourself by signing in, or send us a request if you can't sign in.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Sign in and delete it yourself (recommended)

  1. Use the panel above to sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the game.
  2. Once signed in, type DELETE to confirm.
  3. Tap Permanently delete my account. Your data is erased immediately and you're signed out.

Option 2 — Send a request (guest accounts / can't sign in)

If you played as a guest, lost your device, or can't sign in, fill in the request form above with your in-game username and the email tied to your Apple/Google login (if any). You can also email us at contact@starchdevelopment.com.

If your account uses Google or Apple sign-in, use Option 1.Signing in is the only way we can prove the account belongs to you. Every request sent through this form is verified by a person before any data is deleted — we never delete an account based on a username alone (usernames are public on leaderboards), so submitting someone else's name will not affect their account. We action verified requests within 30 days and may ask for more detail to confirm ownership.

What is deleted, and what we keep

When your deletion is processed, we permanently remove the following from our servers:

  • Your profile and display name
  • Your game scores, daily scores, attempts, and crown awards
  • Your recorded replays
  • Your owned items and coin history
  • Your friends and challenges
  • Your versus match results and gameplay telemetry
  • Your login identity (the account itself)

Your name is also removed from historic leaderboard listings — past Daily Duel champion records are kept for leaderboard history, but your entry is anonymised and shown as “Deleted player”.

What we retain

Purchase and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years where required by law and tax regulations. The payment details themselves are held by Google Play, not by us. We may also keep aggregated, anonymised analytics that can no longer be traced back to you.

How long it takes

Signed-in self-serve deletions complete immediately. Requests sent through the form or by email are actioned within 30 days.
